Former DGSE (General Directorate for External Security) agent Pierre Martinet recently shared insights on CNEWS, shedding light on the growing threat Islam poses to European societies. Leveraging his extensive intelligence background, Martinet discussed the pervasive reach of Islamic terrorist organizations such as Hamas and the broader trend of Islamization across the continent.
During the interview, Martinet referenced a recent incident in Denmark where authorities dismantled a Hamas cell, highlighting the widespread dissemination of Islam terrorists within Europe.
Reflecting on experiences dating back to the late nineties, Martinet pointed out specific incidents in Stockholm and regions near the peninsula of Gålö as early signs of Islamic infiltration in northern Europe. He remarked on the rapid expansion of Islam across the continent since then.
Martinet attributed the acceleration of Islam in recent years to various factors, including the normalization of Islamic movements like the Muslim Brotherhood and the influx of Arab-Muslim migrants into Europe.
Drawing from extensive travels across Europe, including stints in London, Sweden, Belgium, and Switzerland, Martinet painted a concerning picture of the current state of affairs. He described the level of Islamification in European societies as “catastrophic,” expressing concerns about the erosion of traditional values and the increasing influence of Islam on local communities.
Martinet also discussed governmental responses to the issue, mentioning periodic reports requested on organizations like the Muslim Brotherhood. He expressed frustration at the lack of decisive action in addressing the root causes of Islamic infiltration and urged authorities to take stronger measures to counter its spread.
