	If you would like to receive information regarding a training class for your church or group, please complete the information requested below. Please understand that due to security concerns, we may require additional information and may also use the information supplied to consult with law enforcement.
	Training is available free of charge for groups of 15 or more. All I ask is that actual expenses be covered: material costs, travel expenses, etc. Donations and love offerings also are graciously accepted, as this is a faith-based ministry.
